Why do I need a will?

Everyone needs to have a will. Period. Do you care who your children live with? Then you need a will. Do you have items that have been in your family for generations and you want to make sure the right person get them? Then you need a will. Do you have assets that you want to make sure pass to one child you might need them over another? Then you need a will. With a will, you can control what happens to your belongings when you are gone. It also gives your family a sense of peace because they know what you would have wanted and aren’t fighting with each other trying to figure it out.
